Alora is our latest new construction project and represents the next chapter in Lake Worth’s evolution. It is a return to this story town center and a step towards the future life of the city. Alora is a collection of 12 thoughtfully designed high end residences, located less than a mile from the beach.

Surrounded by a vibrant downtown, West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Island and Manalapan, Alora sits at the epicenter of the Palm Beaches.

The building consists of 1,2 and 3 bedroom residences, ranging from 704 to 1923 sqft, they featured 9ft ceilings, European style kitchens, Bosch appliances and expansive outdoor terraces.  The rooftop amenity deck with summer kitchen and lounge area overlooks the intracoastal and provides a serene escape.

In the words of the projects architect, Giorgio Antoniazzi of Antoniazzi Architecture, the vision for this design takes much inspiration from the charming midcentury walk ups that dot the Florida coast along the water’s edge and have become symbols of Florida as a paradise and a dream destination.

The developers vision also stemmed from their love of all things Italian. From its name to the feel and flow of the building.  It has a soft and organic way about it. From the bronzed glass, to the off white color, as well as the lush landscaping, Alora has a much more subtle allure to her.
